We are currently in the pre-leasing and design phase of a brand new Cold Storage facility on the outskirts of Edmonton. This state-of-the-art facility will be built, managed, and operated entirely by our in-house operations team, who bring over 30 years of experience managing large, multi-facility cold storage and distribution portfolios across North America. Their deep industry expertise ensures that every aspect of the facility—from design to day-to-day operations—is optimized for efficiency, reliability, and long-term performance.
